High Quality Scotch And York Pneumatic Actuator For Regulating Valve Use

BR Series scotch and york pneumatic actuator is the most advanced series piston type pneumatic actuator at present and meets the torque requirement of torque scope of 450N.m-250,000N.m. with output angle 0-100°, can meet the needs of various rotary control valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, and eccentric rotary valves.

BR series scotch and york pneumatic actuator adopts a dual guide design, with smooth and reliable piston operation, high output torque, and convenient installation and maintenance. By sealing with the piston sealing ring, the air source pressure acts on the piston to generate movement, driving the pushing rod to move left and right. The pushing rod is converted into angular stroke motion through the shift fork joint. By configuring a spring reset device, it is possible to achieve the function of resetting by compressing and restoring the spring in the event of loss of air supply.

Selecting sealing components that meet the requirements of low and high temperature environments ensures sealing performance at different environmental temperatures.
  • Highly stable spring reset device: Ensures that the spring reset thrust does not decrease with the increase of usage time.
  • High security level design: Adopting a fully welded spring reset cylinder body device to permanently solve safety hazards at the spring end.
